New lippie Collection is another think Launched October 31.  I have 2 different velvet liquid lipsticks that will dry matte but they are moose creamy formula that will whip off but leaves a stain of color on your lips.  The other 5 liquid lipsticks are Matte shades so i do recommend that you exfoliate and moisturize your lips before you use this new collection.
